The first millionaire I know of was a battery recycler. He eventually had to sell because it was not environmentally friendly.

So when I heard about a public company called LICY, I jumped in as the stock broke.

I realized I'd better find someone to educate me so that it won’t happen again.

Mith Besler on X

gladly gave his two cents, and while I don’t remember exactly what he said, it was something about doing too much with such small margins.

Then I discovered that he had a Substack account and subscribed immediately.

For battery recycling to be profitable, one would assume the price of Lithium needs to be high enough to make it worthwhile.

Well, it’s up 11%

And many of the Lithium stocks have done well.

I made a comment to my market mentor in Lithium Mith Besler that we are early in this bull run, as my futures broker doesn’t want me to trade the commodity

Normally, when your broker poo-poohs it, won’t allow you to buy, or tells you an institution like Goldman Sachs will take your money, you are early.

Not too early, like 10 years, but maybe a year or two.

(Remind me at a later date, when I knew the bottom in uranium occurred)

So if you can't trade the commodity and have a strong belief it will go up, what do you do?

Stocks that focus on the commodity

Since the market is primarily limited to penny stocks, I have found the best approach is to first pay someone with more experience than you.

Real experience.

That means as soon as the research report focuses on a stock chart, or macroeconomics, run.

So if you are into batteries, EV revolution, or a commodity guy, you cannot find a better account for only $5 a month than Mith Besler

Yes, I’m a fan, but also showing you what a deal is.

I’m not getting anything from this promotion except the merit of showing you what “smart” money does.

I’m showing you how to fish, buddy.

Dollars for donuts, most “traders” will slap on $20,000 on a trade just because of momentum and leave for the days as soon as things get cold, but with a little wisdom and insight, you can put maybe $5000 on the investment and accumulate over time with confidence.

And until Substack, I was never really able to reach out to experts for $5. I had to usually pay more, and even if it was $5, I had to drive over to their town, find a coffee shop, which is normally Starbucks, and then have to pay $9 for the privilege

You may not be hot on Lithium, but if you are or remember this email down the road, subscribe to a wonderful writer.

I always ask people, when they quote Warren Buffett, whether they would rather have his money or his wisdom.

My argument until proven otherwise is that without the wisdom of Buffett, you’re not going to keep the wealth.

Have a great Saturday evening,

Eric

And if you want some of my Lithium ideas, buy me hooch, it’s late tonight after all.
